Valeo at Automec 2023: Strengthening Bonds and Showcasing Innovation

Throughout the five-day event, Valeo aimed to strengthen its relationship with Latin American repair professionals through a dedicated space that offered training, services, and an abundance of tailor-made content.

One such example is Valeo Service’s latest edition of the Specialist Club, a program designed exclusively for mechanics and workshops that rewards customer loyalty with gifts and prizes by redeeming points on purchased products.

Visitors to Valeo's booth also had the opportunity to discover Connected Support, which is widely recognized as one of the best customer support services in Brazil. Innovative in its approach, Connected Support was created to provide comprehensive assistance to the entire aftermarket chain (whether distributors or drivers), in addressing general and/or specific inquiries.

Technology & Innovation

In the Tech Care area, attendees were able to take part in a range of training courses and explore the full suite of online training resources available through Valeo Service. These courses, which aim to enhance the technical knowledge of repair professionals, were completely free of charge and organized into concise episodes that focused on a specific topic.

Lastly, in addition to introducing its new products for repair professionals, Valeo also unveiled its latest technological advancements across various sectors, including air conditioning, thermal systems, electric systems, engine management, lighting systems, transmission systems, and windshield wiper systems.

The booth showcased a total of 50 products, representing all of Valeo's product families displayed prominently on digital screens with their own landing pages. These pages offered visitors access to comprehensive information about each product, including descriptions, photos, applications, and more.

All in all, Automec 2023 was a great moment to reconnect with partners old and new. Valeo hugely values its Latin American colleagues and wanted to make sure that every last one of its latest offerings were on full display at Automec 2023, an essential date in the automotive diary.
