	<li>Diagnostic Service module: this web application is intended for bike shops &amp; dealers to diagnose &amp; calibrate the e-bike, update electric kit firmware components, and provide drive unit &amp; components providers hotline support towards bike shops.</li>
	<li>Rider module: Velco Rider is a white label mobile application for riders to offer the best riding experience thanks to valuable services. The mobile app can be customized into the e-bike's brands.</li>

<p style="font-size: 20px; color: #333333; line-height: 1.8; font-weight: 500; margin-bottom: 20px;">In May 2024, Valeo enlarged its exhaust gas temperature (EGT) sensor range, with a huge extension of <strong>145 references</strong>. This brought Valeo’s total portfolio for EGT sensors to 265, covering <strong>79 million vehicles</strong> in Europe.</p>

<p style="font-size: 20px; color: #333333; line-height: 1.8; font-weight: 500; margin-bottom: 20px;">In a nutshell, remanufacturing is the process of bringing back used products to their original condition through a series of rigorous <strong>inspections</strong>, <strong>replacement</strong>, <strong>reassembly</strong> and <strong>test of parts</strong>. In the case of CV clutches, it is a nine-fold process:</p>
<ul><li>Valeo collects the cores and sorts them</li>
	<li>They are disassembled</li>
	<li>Their components are tested</li>
	<li>The good cores are cleaned up</li>
	<li>They are remachined</li>
	<li>The clutches are assembled</li>
	<li>The clutches are balanced and measured</li>
	<li>The clutches are test controlled as if new</li>
	<li>The clutches are marked and packaged to sell</li>
</ul><p style="font-size: 20px; color: #333333; line-height: 1.8; font-weight: 500; margin-bottom: 20px;">When completed, Valeo’s remanufactured clutches meet similar performance standards to completely new clutches, yet are <strong>composed of 80% reused materials</strong>, and according to Life Cycle Analysis, have a <strong>reduced carbon footprint of 50% to 80%</strong>. </p>
<p style="font-size: 20px; color: #333333; line-height: 1.8; font-weight: 500; margin-bottom: 20px;">All this comes about as a result of saving on resources and energy by using readily available materials that don’t need to be extracted and transformed from their raw elements and can be processed in Valeo’s plants in France. </p>

	<li><strong>Valeo Predict4Range</strong>: Valeo unveiled its software solution to predict and drive the most efficient thermal management strategies of EVs for a driving range extended up to 24% (i.e. less charging stops with faster charging operations), and extended battery life.</li>
	<li><strong>Valeo Ineez™ Air Charging</strong>: For the first time, Valeo presented its wireless charging solution, the first and only one to use an ultra low operating frequency, around 3kHz, offering a lighter, simpler, and safer charging experience.</li>
	<li><strong>Zeekr x Valeo</strong>: The latest Zeekr model was also presented at Valeo’s booths. Equipped with a 15 mm high Valeo Thinbilite bifunction front lighting module and two digital panels comprising more than 1,700 LEDs, it offers users a unique, personalized and interactive lighting experience and redefines the rules of electric vehicle design.</li>
	<li><strong>Valeo x BMW</strong>: Valeo presented its solution for teleoperation from a cockpit with high reliability. Visitors were able to drive a BMW Series iX located on the BMW booth while remaining at Valeo’s booth.</li>
