Valeo is presenting its aftermarket product offering at the 2019 AAPEX tradeshow in Las Vegas from November 5th - 7th, 2019.
By investing heavily in innovation, with nearly $2.2 million (2,07 million euros) dedicated to Research and Development in 2018, Valeo is now at the epicenter of the three revolutions that are redefining the automotive industry: electrification, autonomous vehicles and digital mobility.
As well as innovating for the car of the future, Valeo innovates for cars already on the road, providing technological developments for replacement parts and the aftermarket. During the three day event, Valeo will introduce visitors to their latest launches and also the most innovative in terms of automotive solutions, across the following product lines: Electrical Systems, Lighting Systems, Thermal Systems, Transmission Systems and Wiping Systems.
Valeo reaches beyond delivering quality products and adds a focus to enriching our customers' experience. Valeo is making digital technology a priority in workshops and has consulted with over 600 professionals to implement various forms of technical assistance.
Valeo is also announcing the launch of Valeo Specialist Club, a new rewards program for service professionals accessible via a mobile app or the Valeo Service website. The program’s defining characteristic is its total freedom from cumbersome redemption methods: no cutting out boxtops and no documents to collect and return by mail. Valeo has opted for a simple and effective 100% digital solution. It takes participants just a few minutes to create and activate their account. This allows them to start scanning Valeo products and watch points accumulate in their account real time. The launch of Valeo’s new loyalty program, the Specialist Club, exemplify the Group’s innovation strategy for the automotive aftermarket.
